Why is my availability not displaying on my Google Business Profile?

Confirm you have a Google Business Profile for your Practice location.

Your practice or provider must have a Google Business Profile location for Google to display your calendar availability from Zocdoc.

Please note, we do not support virtual locations.

Confirm your Google Business Profile information matches your Zocdoc profile

The information your Google Business Profile information must be the same as your Zocdoc profile in order for Google to match your availability to your listing. Including the practice name or provider name and location address, including suite number.

Confirm you have enabled your availability to be shared with Google.

Show your Zocdoc availability on Google by activating the feature at the bottom of the "Practice" tab of your Zocdoc settings. Individual providers can make sure this is turned on in your provider pages.

Please note, while changes usually take place within one or two business days, it can take up to 5 business days for Google to process any changes.
