Practice link or provider link β which one do you need?
Depending on your account, you may see two options:
Practice-level link: Sends patients to your full practice, where they can select a provider and availability
Provider-level link: Sends patients directly to a specific provider's schedule
If you're a solo practitioner, these will point to the same place. If you have multiple providers, use the provider-level link anywhere you're promoting a specific clinician, and the practice-level link for general scheduling.
What to do next
Once you have your link, the fastest place to start is your website β add it as a "Book Now" button or CTA wherever patients land. From there, drop it into email signatures, text reminders, and social profiles.
