Setting up preferred visit reasons for future Zocdoc providers

Our “Visit reason preferences for new providers” page allows you to set preferred visit reasons in advance for any future providers you may add to Zocdoc. Visit reasons selected on this page will be automatically applied for future providers you add to Zocdoc.

To help onboarding providers get started, we’ve pre-selected the top 85% of visit reasons booked by patients on Zocdoc within your specialty. You can add or remove any visit reasons from this list and indicate preferences for the types of appointments you accept, including: in-person and/or video visits, new and/or existing patients. You can also adjust visit lengths to your preferences for each type of appointment.

Tip: If you prefer to have the same visit length for all visit reasons, you can adjust settings to apply to all selected visit reasons at the top of the page.

Select the “Confirm” button to save updates. Updates made on this page will only apply to newly onboarding providers on Zocdoc.
