This experience highlights several significant issues within the medical industry. I recently made an appointment with a new doctor at this practice, only to have it canceled because I had previously seen another doctor in their office whom I was dissatisfied with. Additionally, I encountered unprofessionalism from the office manager, Kathrine. While she was able to communicate with the front desk staff, I was told she was in a meeting when I requested to speak with her directly. The overall lack of transparency and communication at this practice is concerning. I feel there should be clearer information provided to patients about the policy regarding doctor selection, particularly since Dr. Benny was the only doctor with availability at the time of my appointment. This experience has left me with little confidence in the quality of care provided at this practice.
