Being an Article 28 facility means that we meet high standards for safety, have trained staff, and work hard to provide the best care possible. EMU Health was founded in 2016 by Daniel J. Lowy. Since its inception, EMU Health's main goal has been to provide high-quality, evidence-based healthcare that’s both effective and convenient for men and women in Queens, New York, and the entire NYC metro area.
