What should a new client know about working with you?

Providing an open, non-judgmental space is paramount to ensuring people feel heard and seen in therapy. We all have our own unique stories and perspectives, of which I hold in privilege and confidence so that you are in the driver’s seat, being the expert in your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will be uncovering old patterns and stories in support of creating new ones that better serve you. Moving at a rate and pace that feels comfortable is important, for people to feel safe and trusting to share parts of themselves they would not otherwise.
