His support group of Grace, Megan, Cristina and Christine couldn't have been more gracious. He went over all results with me and then and there, provided a brace and recommended me to a colleague for further examination. I was so pleased to see that I am in very capable hands. Thank you Dr. Gross.”

The wait was long even though I had made an appointment. BUT Dr Gross was excellent!!! So worth the wait! We loved him!!!

The wait time was too long! Doctor was knowledgeable however the receptionist that took care of me was not very good. The rest of the office staff seemed okay.

Dr. Gross is excellent. The many, many pages of detailed questions, many of them redundant, that I had to fill out before I saw him were very annoying and time consuming. I arrived at 1:30 for a 2:00 appointment and didn't finish filling out forms until about 2:45 and got called in after 3:00.

Today was my first time meeting Dr. Gross. Dr. Gross is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable, caring and concerned. Explained what was going on with my particular medical concern and discussed how to care for it. I definitely would recommend Dr. Gross. You will not be disappointed.

The Dr was excellent once we saw him. Arrived at 1:45 for a 2pm appt. Did not see the Dr until 4:20pm. The waiting area had well over 100 people waiting to see various Drs. There wasn't enough seating. The staff at the desk barely looked at you. When asked a question about forms the response was sign at all of the x's. I never received an answer to my question and the staff person never looked up or greeted me at all. Had the person I was with not really needed to see a Dr I would have probably left. With all of that said Dr. Gross was wonderful. He was patient with my elderly mother and spoke to her as opposed to me which is what generally happens when an elderly person is brought to a specialist.
