“My appointment with Dr. Totonchi was a very successful and smooth appointment. I arrived to his clinic, gave urine sample, checked in and got into a patient room within the span of 10 minutes. not a long wait time. got seen by the nurse and about 5-10 minutes later got seen by the dr and was out maybe 15 minutes later. was quick, straightforward. respectful of my time, privacy. i definitely recommend dr. totonchi for any urology needs. he’s a great dr!”

Completely unsatisfied. The checkin was only smooth because I had previously completed the docs. The nurse didn’t com into the room to take vital until 30 minutes after my appointment time, and I still had to wait to see the doc after that. Once he finally came in and asked me what the issue was. I have been dealing with this issue for sometimes and finally got to see a professional to get ALL of my questions answered since my health is serious to me. He literally told me he couldn’t hear everything that was going on. I left with no real answers and he gave no instructions. He just sent me on my way and told me to go somewhere to get scans. I’m sorry if things like that sound okay to others but when it comes to my health I would love it if my doctor would listen to everything I have to say so they can BEST diagnose. Listening to the patient is a part of the treatment also. I feel like he really didn’t care to address my concern at all. He just wanted to get me out of the office.
