Both the doctor & her medical assistant were very dismissive about my concerns. They both interrupted me while I spoke & didn't really pay much attention to my family history. It made me feel as if I was wasting there time by going for a preventive check for anything serious

Dr. Grasa is a very kind, caring physician who is very thorough in her approach to diagnosing the patient (me) and also shares her thought process with you on the next steps to be taken. She has a way of making you feel like family and not just a patient. I highly recommend her to anyone with cardiovascular issues. Just a helpful note if you're going to the White Plains office for the first time -- don't bother looking for parking, just use the valet service that is offered by the building. You'll save a lot of time. I wish the office staff had told me this when I first made the appointment. : )

Easy parking and access to appointment; helpful people at building entrance; absolutely no waiting once I gave my name (did not even have a chance to remove my coat when someone came to get me;) everything fresh, new looking and clean; MD came in before assistant had even finished with me; did not feel rushed at all and MD listened carefully to anything I said; I felt my care plan was very personalized to my condition from a very knowledgeable and calm professional; everything went smoothly from start to finish and all staff had positive, helpful attitudes. I would definitely go back, not just for my MD but if I need other specialists, them as well.

I was excited to see Dr. Grasa after reading all of her rave reviews. However, I found that she rushed me and ultimately was rude to me several times throughout our short appointment. She was thorough and did make me feel like I was in capable hands in the end but her attitude toward me throughout the whole appointment was very much one of questioning why I was there in the first place and made me feel like she had no time to address something that was very concerning to me.
