Dr. Choe was thorough, straightforward, and professional. The office was clean and well run, and her staff explained everything clearly. I did not experience a wait, and communication was consistent, especially when lab results and test updates came in. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would recommend to friends or family.

Outside of the clean, new facility, and offices, my experience was a bit lacking. I did not get a call about my results on my pap or radiologic tests I had completed and I now have to find another doctor to review and explain, as I was not contacted or followed up with. In this day and age where people need to be on top of their health now more than ever, it’s concerning when doctors don’t clarify or reassure their patients that they’re okay. Dr. was not very warm, but I expect general professionalism and I understand it won’t always be super friendly.

She may be for others but I did not enjoy my appointment with her. I am very comfortable with going to the doctor and am an open book in order to make sure my health is seen accurately and as I have had many friends and family members with problems. This was my first appointment in NYC after moving here. I will not be going back to her specifically as during my appointment I was nearly in tears. She made me feel dismissed and did not treat what I was saying as it was important & more like she was running through a an impersonal checklist without knowing anything about me. I am happy with the office but not her. My fear when switching home doctors to one in NYC was solidified with her.

The office was very nice and very clean, and I was taken back within 5 minutes.
However, the provider moved so fast she did not address any of my concerns. She asked 'anything else you wanted to discuss' as she was halfway out the door and then was gone. I left with more concerns and questions than I came in with - and none of my questions answered. To the point I am now frantically looking to schedule a different GYN appointment asap with a different provider because this one was not helpful one bit. Super frustrating experience

Fastest triage experience ever!! No wait on a Tuesday afternoon during lunch and the staff and doctor were efficient and got my annual done quickly. Highly recommend this office! Dr choe is nice too.

Don't understand all the positive reviews on this platform - I saw the exact same doctor and saw nothing that everyone else raved about. She was very matter of fact and somewhat stoic and bedside manner was lacking. She seemed dismissive to me and did not make me feel comfortable considering it was our first appointment together.

Their office reached out via text and phone call five times to confirm the appointment and told me to get there early.
When I got there I still waited in the lobby, my name wasn’t on the security list (after confirming 5x).
Despite confirming my insurance multiple times, sending them a picture of the actual card, and filling out the information on ZocDoc, they still didn’t apply my insurance and I was hit with a 5 figure bill for a routine checkup that should’ve been fully covered.
I called again, was incorrectly told by the front desk that they did apply insurance, then was told by their billing department that wasn’t the case. It’s going to take 40 days for them to fix the issue.
The office management is a complete mess.
