Dr Dilip is a profesional. BUT prepare for unprofessional stuff that are aware of their cell phone but not patients. Actitud(but not positive) when questions ask.Waiting time is ridiculous (2-1/2 hours) for a 2 min check up. Won’t recommend this spot at 37-39 75th St.

Oddly enough the office feels both appropriately staffed and understaffed at the same time. It could be run much more efficiently because none of the staff members were communicating with each other and there was no accountability. I was told by three staff members to prepare for a sonogram that never happened even after waiting 40 minutes for someone to arrive. I quickly saw the doctor in his office while he was having lunch when I mentioned I was forgotten about and he was reading off another patient's record to me until we had to correct him. I ended up leaving after 1.5 hours in the office because I had to go on about my day and did not accomplish anything.

Dr Dilip is very experienced and was able to pinpoint the lower back pain to the sacroiliac joint. Something 6 prior Drs couldn't figure out and blamed it on the lower back muscle sprain. He's amazing!

First time visit at the clinic. The medical assistant was very nice although she did not give me her name. She was very polite and helpful. her communication was clear. Dr. Dilip was very welcoming and assuring. He understood my concerns and recommended a care plan. Very effective in communication. A great place to seek medical attention.
