It was never communicated with me that my appointment was canceled while I was waiting on the call.
Additionally, when I asked about meeting with two other providers that had availability… every provider in the office had to leave early for a family issue. Just seemed a bit off.

He told the practice he's with he'd treat me 20 minutes before the appointment. I logged on for the visit and after 15 minutes he types in the message box he can't treat me and cancels the appointment. He never should have agreed to see me only to tell me 35 minutes later he can't see me. I could have found another provider instead with that time. You're wasting your time scheduling with him.

I was trying to share my struggles, but I saw he was visibly surprised by what I was saying and judged me instead of listening. I was only given about 25 minutes of the hour-long appointment, which is less than half. It seemed like he decided who I was within the first 10 minutes and then stopped really listening after that. I would not recommend his care. This was my first appointment of this sort and felt very discouraging that I won’t find the care I need.

I had a very difficult time booking an appointment. I made three reservations with different providers not realizing that they were with the same service. I was contacted asking me to cancel all but one, but I asked a clarifying question and didn’t hear back for hours.
When i heard back, all three appointments were cancelled, but I was offered an appointment with a different provider which I accepted.
I met with this provider and we cancelled the appointment within 5 minutes. He quickly concluded he was not a good fit for what I was looking for, and recommended one of the original 3 providers I had selected and booked with.
I reached out to book with this provider again, and was given an appointment one week later. Needless to say, I moved on and found a different office and met my need today.
