I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, mood disorders, substance use concerns, sleep disturbances, and cognitive conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. I also support families navigating behavioral and emotional challenges, providing psychoeducation and guidance to help caregivers better understand and support their loved ones. I value culturally responsive, inclusive care and recognize that mental health treatment is most effective when it considers the individual within the context of their family and environment. My goal is to help individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered as I meet them where they are and walk alongside them toward healing, stability, and improved well-being.
