I am a dual-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with four years of combined clinical experience across primary care, urgent care, and psychiatry. This diverse background allows me to approach mental health care with a comprehensive medical perspective, ensuring both physical and psychological factors are thoughtfully considered in treatment planning. My clinical philosophy emphasizes a holistic, patient-centered approach. I believe that medication management and therapy work best in tandem, and I utilize evidence-based pharmacologic treatment when clinically indicated while integrating therapeutic interventions to support lasting change. I am experienced working both men and women age 14 and older who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and trauma related to personal and professional relationships.
