Chanel Jeter, is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to individuals across the lifespan. With a background in emergency room nursing and psychiatric care, Chanel specializes in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and ADHD. Chanel earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University and has clinical experience in outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health settings. I am passionate about reducing stigma and improving access to mental health services, I am committed to making care approachable, respectful, and effective for every patient.
I value building strong therapeutic alliances, advocating for patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide safe, ethical, and culturally sensitive care. My practice is guided by empathy, clinical excellence, and a commitment to reducing stigma surrounding mental health.
