30min before my appointment they said the original doctor wasn't available and switched me. The woman had her kids in the background and I heard them the entire appointment. She was a terrible listener and ignored things I said. She also wasn't interested in doing any therapy, but just wanted to push me onto drugs.

Claudia is a fantastic provider! After 4 years with the same psychiatrist, I was very anxious about starting over with someone new. Claudia made me feel so comfortable as if I had been talking with her for years. She is patient, light hearted, and most importantly, didn’t rush me through the appointment. She didn’t breeze through any questions or any of my answers and even went 15 minutes over the one-hour appointment in order to understand me without any sense of being rushed. 10/10

Ehh, based on my initial meeting with her, first impressions, she's a very by-the-books professional, and moreso looking for concrete symptoms rather than any anecdotal accounts of your experience. I thought she was a little disengaged, and cold at times, but she does seem very knowledge about her job just a little impersonal.
