I signed up for an appointment and was told to fill out the forms and in the summary it stated it would take 10-15min to complete. I finished setting up my information needed and waited for appointment time. When the time came I called the office because I had not received any information or link to my call they said that I had to fill out the forms an hour prior to my appointment in order for me to be seen. I informed them that nowhere did it say or was informed that I had to complete it by a certain time in order to be seen. I end up getting rescheduled to a new doctor and as I’m having my call on the go (what I needed based on my lifestyle) she kept trying to reschedule the call even though I expressed I was okay with taking the call on the go and it was the only time I had available and really needed to be seen. Ended up seeing she was not feeling comfortable so agreed to reschedule but bad experience from the beginning and unprofessional that I kept being told to reschedule.

Initially book with a different dr but they switched me to Erika. I advised of the meds I’ve been taking for 10+ years that has worked well. Erika recommended something different so I figured I would give it a try since she refused to keep me on the same meds. The recommended meds left me feeling depressed, sad, and wanting to sleep all day. I am going to see a different dr. now. I think if a patient is advising that the meds they’ve been taking for 10 years works then the dr shouldn’t change course if there weren’t any negative side affects. Didn’t feel heard with Erika. I do not recommend going to her but if you do, please advocate for yourself. I only noticed the bad reviews on Google after having my appointment.
