I am a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College. I focus on helping my patients manage anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and mood disorders. I believe mental health is essential to overall well-being, influencing our thoughts, actions, and perceptions. I am committed to building trusting and collaborative relationships with my clients through active listening and validation of their individual experiences. My goal is to provide holistic care by incorporating evidence-based psychopharmacology, lifestyle modifications, and psychotherapy. got switched to a different doctor than I originally chose on the morning of appointment, waited in the waiting room for 10minutes, only to get told that I would have to undergo a series of tests resulting in multiple paid future appointments in order to get medication I'd been prescribed for 15 years because that's the office's policy. the doc himself was nice but steer clear of this practice unless you like getting the run around.
