I am a board-certified, doctoral-prepared Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) with over 7 years of experience. I earned my Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner from Lehman College.

Absentee provider! Waited 40 mins and never even showed up. After a half hour I called and was told they got ahold of her and she would be on. Then after waiting even more they told me “sorry she said she isn’t joining now”.

The provider billed for a 53-minute psychotherapy session (90838) and a full new-patient evaluation (99204). The visit lasted only about 30 minutes, included no psychotherapy, and resulted in only 15 Vyvanse tablets prescribed. Their own note shows a 5:32 pm signature timestamp for a 5:00 pm visit. Clearly a fraudulent practice unfortunately. Others be warned.
