I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and proud graduate of Stony Brook University, where I earned my degree summa cum laude. With extensive experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, I bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to mental health care.
My practice is centered on delivering personalized, patient-focused treatment that respects each individual’s unique story, needs, and goals. I combine evidence-based psychopharmacology with holistic interventions—including lifestyle changes, nutrition, and exercise—to support overall well-being. Additionally, while providing care across the lifespan I incorporate a range of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and mindfulness-based techniques.
At the heart of my work is a commitment to creating a safe, collaborative, and culturally sensitive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their healing. I believe that effective mental health care is never one-size-fits-all—and that healing begins with empathy, trust, and genuine connection.
