Leah was a great doctor and we were effective in discussing my issues and getting a prescription to help. The only issue I have is with the agency that contracts the providers. Leah was the 4th provider I was assigned as the first one was unavailable, then they assigned me another by the name of Danielle; then I received a message from the office that she assigned me to the wrong Danielle, as they have 2. After another hour I received a message that the new Danielle was booked and would I mind Leah. I didn't mind which provider I was assigned as it was a first session so i felt the constant reassignment to be silly as they made me confirm via text each time that i was fine with the new person. In the end I was happy but the office is highly disorganized and it can be stressful for people already undergoing mental health issues.

I was seen by a different provider than I had scheduled with, but they asked me if that was alright with me first before confirming the appointment since the initial provider was not available for the day and time I preferred. The appointment was good, and I have a follow-up.

Professional and efficient.

She was very compassionate and a great listener!

Leah was polite and professional. She did seem more concerned with talking to me about her own controlled substance policies/liability, than she did with finding out if that was the appropriate med and the appropriate dose (I've been on it for 15 years). She did not assess me for current symptoms aside from having me fill out 3 screening tools during the session, and did not gather history of onset of the symptoms/disorders I reported taking meds for. I found this a little off-putting, as I think a full history is necessary to understand and treat a patient. That said, I am stable and probably not a huge priority for digging in the first session, and I know sometimes this takes many sessions! Overall she was pleasant to work with and I look forward to following up with her.

A clear bait and switch with providers. Did not get to see who I booked with. Also, never sent my medication to my pharmacy. When I reached out for clarification, the office lied about speaking to the pharmacist and that my medications were ready. There was no evidence that they even made the call. Avoid all “doctors” from this provider at all costs.
