Provider was a no show for my first appointment. Rescheduled and then he autonomously made changes to my prescription without discussing with me. Provider was not visible on screen for 90% of the video appointment. I felt far worse after the appointment, scolded and treated with provider bias as though I was drug seeking for prescriptions that have long been in place. I submitted the required drug screening as they requested. I have no history of prescription/substance use or abuse. Very poor experience and would not recommend. Education obviously needed for this young and inexperienced provider.

My experience with Moises was great. He gave me an evaluation and diagnosis i needed. Thought it isn’t within his specialty he was able to provide alternatives and other resources so i could find the help i need.
