Doctor was great but administration was some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Tried to book another appointment and they claimed I didn’t pay my last session even after I had confirmation weeks ago that it was paid, they then tried to charge my card and charge me twice. Will never deal with this firm again.

The provider was very informative, I was trying to understand why she recommended a different medication than I had in previous years. My issue is that I had a follow up question about dosage, reached out to the "Orenda" office four times to try and get in touch with her, and couldn't reach her directly. They said they'd ask her to call me, but it didn't happen. Orenda makes it seem easy to get in touch by offering different phone numbers and modes of communication, but at the end of the day, I couldn't actually speak to my provider outside of an (expensive) appointment.
