Horrible experience. I called all day on the day of my appointment. When I finally got in touch with someone, they confirmed my appointment and said someone would call me back from billing. No one called me back. When I called again no answer. The time of my appointment came and I did not receive a link. When I was finally provided one, I spent 30 minutes waiting to be seen before I gave up. Horrible.

I’m so happy I was paired with Patrice Campbell-Marquez! I usually have a hard time connecting with providers virtually - especially when it’s regarding mental health where it’s critical to connect personally to be effective. But after just a few minutes with Ms. Campbell-Marquez, I was surprised by how much I liked her and after my first visit with her, was so happy to find someone I’ll actually stick with! She listened, she asked the right questions, she was PRESENT and actually paying attention!! Seems like small things but I’ve rarely experienced even just that with others. She also seemed to understand me and my issues on a deep level and didn’t judge me or write me off because of my history - which is what I’ve experienced so many times in the past by all types of health providers. She cares. She also knows her stuff! Often there are new, young providers that don't have enough life experience to understand or advise properly. I highly recommend Ms. Campbell-Marquez!
