It was a virtual visit and I never received the link for the visit. When I called I never got answer. And the next day they charged my account a $100 cancellation fee for the appointment, but they didn't send out the link for the appointment. However the problem was when I called about the charge the response I received was oh well you agreed to that. Yes I did but where was the customer service where was the call or text alerting me I was supposed to be having an appointment at that time nothing . And to follow that up with rudeness is unacceptable. When dealing with these kind of visits sometimes technology glitches have some kind of compassion especially when this is a practice supposedly helping people get the mental health together.
