The nature of any psychological evaluation whether it is to be diagnosed, find medication or talk therapy, etc is always extremely personal and often difficult. There felt like a lack of empathy and wherever my provider was located was very noisy. It felt impersonal and there was a disregard for the main reason I scheduled the appointment.
