I liked the provider’s attentiveness, she definitely cares and works to establish trust and connection with the patient. Keen, smart, energetic, clearly coming from the intention to help. I wouldn’t call her mild or soft, but there surely are people who need exactly this manner.

I chose Dr. Mirsoatova because, like you, I saw the many reviews about how empathetic and kind she is. That's why I was so surprised by what I actually experienced.
I went to her with a lot of vulnerability and frustration about my current mental health struggles. When her test came back showing I didn't reach the threshold for the diagnosis, I expected I asked her for advice on other methods or resources she thought might be helpful.
I found her response condescending and she seemed frustrated I even asked. The way she answered the question was reminiscent of how people tell those who are depressed to "just be happy." Her feedback was largely "just do better."
I'm deeply disappointed by the "care" she gave me and would give her a 1 star review if ZocDoc didn't also take into consideration wait time (which was quick) in the star rating score.

Our visit with Sitora was great. She was thorough and took the time to get to know my son's background and concerns. She even took the time to find several specialists for our specific concerns and provided names and phone numbers for each. I appreciate that she wasn't quick to prescribe any new medications for my son as some other psychiatrists had done prior without fully understanding his history. I feel that she was thoughtful and careful in putting a plan of action together for us and I would recommend seeing her to anyone looking for help with mental health concerns.
