About Dr. Arthur Pallotta

Arthur Pallotta, M.D., is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand and wrist issues as well as sports-related problems. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from New York Medical College and completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Seton Hall University, Saint Joseph's Regional Medical Center. Dr. Pallotta further refined his expertise through a Hand Surgery fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University, Beth Israel Medical Center. He joined the team at Orlin & Cohen in 2015 after several years in private practice. As a dedicated hand surgeon, Dr. Pallotta focuses exclusively on this area and does not treat other parts of the body. A researcher and published author, Dr. Pallotta has written extensively on fracture management and repair, as well as on treating disruption of the carpi ulnaris—a muscle in the forearm—particularly in professional athletes. He makes education an integral part of every examination, ensuring patients can make informed decisions alongside him regarding their treatment options.

Verified patient
Office was very modern and waiting area was large and comfortable. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. After filling out new patient forms my wait was short and I was brought in by a PA who told me doctor would be in shortly and he was. Doctor asked a series of questions and sent me for X-rays. After that I was brought back to the room I had been in and doctor arrived shortly after that and explained what X-rays showed. He told me he would be giving me a splint and has the PA come in and fit it for me. All in all it was a smooth experience and all involved were knowledge helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend Dr. Palatto to anyone looking for a hand specialist.
