He then moved to the United States to complete his internship at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital. He continued his training by completing a fellowship at Indiana University Health. Matt was awesome. We met over video chat. The entire time I talked to him, he was so friendly, and let me have the floor to talk about my illness. After I talked, he explained everything super clearly, explained his plan of action and what the typical steps are for treatment, and allowed me to ask every question that I could think of. He made me feel so much better.

Dr. Wolenski might be the best GP I've ever had. I cannot recommend him enough!
He really takes the time to understand what's going on with you, both physically and mentally. He never makes you feel rushed or like you should only bring up one issue in an appointment. He's up to date on research, and will go above and beyond to explain the reasons for what's going on/what will be done to treat it. I always feel like a person and not a chart.

Mathew was better beyond expectations. I had previously went to a NP at IU and had absolutely no luck with her. I felt like Matthew really wanted to help me. He was very considerate, understanding, and kind. He really listened to what I was saying, and that’s refreshing! He also took the time to help me find cheaper alternatives because I am uninsured. He was very personable and thorough. Listened very well and seemed genuinely concerned about my father’s issues and looked for different ways to try to treat them. Also did a good job of explaining each of his meds and the dangers of polypharmacy especially since he is taking controlled substances.

This Doctor is amazing. He did his homework and looked at all of my recent medical history and tests before I came in for my appointment. He listened carefully while documenting what I was telling him. He was thorough and even ordered some lab work just to cover all the bases in case the hospital missed anything from my recent stay. GREAT doctor, we need more like him.

Dr. Wolenski saw me for an initial visit as a new patient. He was thorough in making sure I had all my age based assessments done even though I was seeing him for a different issue. Since my appointment he followed up on consults I needed quickly, and also responded personally by phone to a message I left on the patient portal. Dr. Wolenski and his office staff have been accommodating to request and I get a sense that he cares about his patients.
