This was my first time going to see a doctor. I was extremely nervous to say the least. My nerves disappeared as she calmly talked to me. That was a huge relief. I didn’t feel like I was being judged for not getting to a doctor. She talked and guided me to my next steps. I’m grateful to have met her.

Dr Ashley Bhola was great at my annual physical. The appointment was prompt without wait. The doctor listened to my concerns and addressed them patiently, referring me to other specialty consultants as requested. However, there time between booking the appointment online to arriving at the practice on the day was painful as I was dealing with the office staff. They first didn’t receive insurance details entered from the online system, then called me and left me messages countless times, sent me a paper letter invoice ahead of the appointment which was incorrect and failed to validate my insurance even after I called twice to provide the details. The office communication and patient coordination can be improved significantly but the rest felt great.

I was in search of a new PCP in the Darien, CT area and came across Dr. Ashley Bhola, and I’m so glad I did.
From the moment I walked into her office, I knew I made the right choice. The office itself is welcoming and well-organized, and the front desk staff were kind, attentive, and efficient. I experienced minimal to no wait time, which is a rare and much-appreciated bonus.
The nurse who brought me into the operatory was absolutely wonderful, warm, cheerful, and easy to talk to. It set a very comfortable tone for the visit.
My appointment with Dr. Bhola exceeded all expectations. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to thoroughly address every question, concern, and worry I had, and I had quite a few. She listened attentively and explained everything clearly, covering every topic I brought up with care and detail. Her bedside manner is outstanding, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients.
