“I had an appointment scheduled however had to wait almost 1 1/2 hours to be seen. I understand it is winter and there are many people struggling however I thought with an appointment the wait would be less than what I experienced.”

My overall experience was good. I was extremely uncomfortable that several patients came in with covid/flu/pneumonia symptoms and none wore masks and weren't asked to.
