Lovely doctor and desk personnel. Gave me a thorough and professional once over, gave me time to ask questions. I’m establishing a baseline now that I’ve moved and it was nice to just discuss all the preliminary things. I did wait about 20 minutes or so after my appointment time and it is a tad hard to spot the office from the street, but nothing crazy.

I was astonished of how poor quality my service was. She seemed to want to get the appointment done as quickly as possible. Basic asks such as putting a bandaid on the skin needed to be requested when my skin was actively bleeding. I expressed how concerned I was with my skin condition and she seemed to not approach my concerns with care or sensitivity. I asked her follow up questions on my skin condition and she was unable to give me anything beyond a general answer.

Devon Conway was great. I visited for an annual skin cancer screening and she was thorough, efficient, kind, and informative.
I docked a point not because of Devon, but because the SINY Park Avenue office wasn't as "medical" as I expected. Looks more like a medspa, not as pristine as a traditional doctor's office.
