As a retired family physician, I found the wait time was actually quite reasonable. Right around 15 minutes after the scheduled time, Dr Lai's clear communication, explanation of treatment and options; and proficiency of the procedure were well above averarage

Mistake 1:
Front staff said that they didn't have my signed docs that I filled out online.
Staff was quick to direct me to fill out docs in pen.
I re-directed staff to make use of their service provider's tool (ZocDoc, United Medical Doctors)
to retrieve the docs from the server.
Mistake 2:
Staff consulted with physician with door open.
Staff should have kept the door closed so that pts do not hear the discourse.

Dr. Lai was amazing. I have never seen a podiatrist before so I was a little skeptical on what could be done for me. He was clearly an expert and treated my foot pain right away. I also had potential problems treated and learned maintenance.

Dr. Lai is one of the few doctors that makes the patient heard and seen with his bedside manner. His knowledge base is solid and ever expanding to the cutting edge of science. You can see that he genuinely enjoys his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent experience with Dr. Lai. His explanations were very clear and thorough. He answered all my questions, the appointment did not feel rushed, and he went above and beyond ensuring I understood what is going on and the treatment plan moving forward. One of the best Dr visits I have had in recent memory. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here! I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to needles and procedures, and Dr. Lai was so kind and understanding. He made my experience as good as it could possibly be considering my anxiety, and I really appreciated that. He was great at everything, from the moment I met him to the moment I left. But most importantly, he was extremely thorough when it came to explaining everything and asking if I was okay many times throughout the procedure. God forbid I ever have an ingrown issue again, but if I do, I would absolutely make the drive to see this doctor again! Thank you, Dr. Lai!
