We're open weekdays, evenings, and weekends-so you can receive the care you need on your and your family's schedule. Plus, several of our walk-in care centers provide ongoing primary care, offering all your continuing care under one roof.
Valley's walk-in care centers also offer walk-in care for less, with lower copays than other area clinics.

Dr. Romaine and her staff were great as usual. The new office is beautiful and the care they give is top notch. They were patient, understanding and answer all of my questions making it feel I was the only patient they needed to see. Thank you!

Not the greatest visit. I had an appointment but still waited 30 minutes before I was called. Was put in an exam room and after reviewing my issues with the nurse, was basically forgotten about. After over 45 minutes my husband went out to remind them we were waiting. The practitioner arrived stating I couldn’t be found. Care and exam was good but later found summary notes posted incorrectly with spelling errors and inaccurate statistics.

Overall experience was good. Staff very pleasant. Only thing very difficult to make an appointment over the phone. Called 3 times at around 10:30 am got the message that I would be transferred to a navigator was on hold for approximately 40 minutes total without speaking to a person. Gave up and booked an appointment online which was easy. Someone should look into that.

Beautiful and clean space. Nursing and doctors were amazing. The front desk doesn’t greet or acknowledge patients or make any effort to be friendly - witnessed this with every client who came in (even those asking a question weren’t acknowledged appropriately). Zero empathy or compassion other than a, “feel better,” as you walk out the door. It appears these ladies need a lesson in customer service because it’s unfortunately tainting the experience for everyone who visits the clinic.

I lucked out and was seen by Dr. Howe. Years ago I considered having her as my primary care doctor, but she wasn’t accepting new patients. She is thorough, takes time to explain everything, and gives sufficient time during the visit. Although I live in a continuing care community with a medical staff I will definitely come back, and will recommend the facility to others. The new building is a huge upgrade for the Valley name, which I’ve depended on for many years.
