One of the most difficult parts of a move is finding a new doctor. Well, I have! My former doctor would start a wellness visit by reading a script stating that anything we discussed outside of the wellness visit would result in a charge. Dr. Catlett was not only thorough, she asked if I had any concerns I'd like to have addressed. Everyone in the clean and bright office was very friendly. How refreshing to have such good and friendly service!

I’m not a fan of going to a Doctor’s office but I’m also aware of how important it is. Everyone I had contact with was very pleasant and did not feel rushed. I actually enjoyed my visit and will definitely continue with my health care needs there.

Everyone I encountered today during my *FIRST* visit were absolutely amazing. From Hannah (I believe was her name) & Erin at the front and the nurse to Dr. Catlett. They made me feel so welcomed and allowed me the space to ask questions at every point for more clarity and understanding—which is hard to come by. I will be back and 1000/10 recommend!

I filled out my pre-appointment paperwork which made the check in process very quick and easy. I waited for less than 5 minutes. The front desk lady who checked me in was a doll. I absolutely loved Dr. Catlett. I am a new patient and it was my first time meeting her for my annual physical. She was friendly and attentive, very easy to talk to. The only 2 negatives were that the appointment felt somewhat rushed, and I was unaware that labs are not done at the clinic and I had to drive to a separate facility to have my bloodwork done. The last part was probably my fault for not realizing the labs were done at a different location. Overall it was a good experience and I look forward to seeing Dr. Catlett again as my PCP.

I am someone with a lifetime of chronic conditions and this means a great deal of time is required for me to explain to a primary physician what I require. Dr. Alexis Catlett listened to all my needs for specialists and was undaunted by what I required. My wife and I instantly trusted Dr. Catlett. And in my 50+ years with doctors, that has only happened twice before. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a family doctor or primary to see Dr. Catlett before all appts are taken.

my concern and took the time to explain my concerns and also offered recommendations.
I drove 50 minutes to see her as I received high reviews. I was not disappointed. It means a lot when your Doctor take the necessary time with you instead of rushing and treating you like a number.
