“Dr Patel was surprisingly very nice and charming. Highly recommend him however the lady handling the zocdoc schedule had no idea how to use the system. She said she thought she cancelled my appointment but it was not reflected in the zocdoc account and wanted to send me home again. Luckily Dr. Patel heard the back and forth conversation, concluded that it was their fault and decided to honor the appointment”
