Staff was very curteous and helpful answering questions. Dr. Velano was quick and concise with his review of my dental x-rays and answered my questions thoroughly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Velano's for 5 years now. His new office at 26th and Pulaski is beautiful and definitely worth the drive for me. Dr. Velano is great! He's been my dentist for 2 or 3 years now and I think he's the best. He's very nice and laid-back; the kind of guy a part of you wants to hang out with. Always professional, but you can tell he knows what he's talking about because he can explain everything back to you in lay-people terms. And he never tells you MUST get a single procedure done; he'll always give you all the options. My last dentist that I had for many years always talked down to me and made me feel bad if I didn't do whatever it was he told me to do or if I couldn't afford the procedure he recommended. Dr. Velano is a very refreshing change from that, he's always happy to work with you no matter what your situation and he always leaves the final decision up to you.
