I found Dr. Wen based on the strong reviews she received and the fact that I live closeby in LES. For the basic cleaning and x-rays I received, it was quick and easy. While some may not find the fact that her office is in Chinatown a plus, I found it charming and community oriented. I highly recommend her as she's knowledgeable, warm and a great communicator.

Dr. Li-Cavallo is incredible. I experienced the most pleasant visit to the dentist ever. The staff is lovely and helpful and the doctor is thorough, gentle, and informative. I will be referring everyone I know.

Best cleaning ever!!! Front staff members are friendly and sweet, the office is calm, clean and quiet, and the service and bedside manners are top notch! I'm in the medical field as well, and it's great to see other doctors that concentrate on friendly personalized care. Somewhere along the way, many doctors have lost touch with what it means to care for patients. But not Dr. Li and her staff! It was my first appointment and Dr. Li was very gentle. I never felt any extreme pain and if I did, it's probably because I waited so long to get my cleaning done. Dr. Li didn't lecture me on that and is very understanding. She showed me what areas she was concerned about and provided great tips on how to better care for me teeth. I'm looking forward to returning for my next visit!

Wen is a wonderful dentist. I always feel so comfortable at her office and love that she has appointments available on Sunday! The staff is very friendly and get great advice on how to keep my teeth in great shape!

Dr. Li-Cavallo is superb! She is kind and informative and made me feel completely at ease. I appreciated that she walked me through every step of the process and did everything she could to ensure that I was comfortable during my entire appointment. Dr Li-Cavallo and her assistant were great. She definitely took the extra time to fill in my cavity, even though I was the last patient of the day. She even explained the difficulty involved in the filling, and gave me a pain reliever just in case.

Dr Wen is so lovely! She was very informative with regards to my x-rays and her process-- she even helped me with my insurance. Highly recommended

She was the first person to greet me and was extremely personable throughout the appointment, a highly desirable trait for someone working inside your mouth with loud and powerful tools. She explains everything thoroughly and stays with you throughout the appointment, as opposed to running around from room to room. I highly recommend her.
