Dr. Wen Li is by far the best provider I’ve had in New York City. I’ve always experienced some anxiety with my dental visits but this has been entirely removed in working with Dr. Li. You are immediately comforted the moment you walk in the office. Her staff provides a very family like atmosphere, ensuring you feel welcomed, questions are answered, insurance is always approved ahead of time, and that you have clear visibility as to what to expect in your appointment. Dr. Li’s bed side manner is also exceptional. She is extremely personable and educates clearly and concisely informing you of all of your dental options. I’ve been seeing Dr. Li for a number of years now and I whole heartedly trust her medical opinion. From my experience sadly in the dental world you may come across a lot of “car salesman” personalities and fortunately here, I experienced nothing of that nature. Dr. Li cares for her patients wholeheartedly and it shows.

I first came to Dr. Wen 4 years ago and she’s been my dentist ever since. Before that I haven’t been to the dentist in 4 years and felt both ashamed and terrified. I sobbed uncontrollably in her waiting room because I have a major phobia of the dentist that just completely takes over. Dr. Wen and everyone on her team sat with me and shared their fears and phobias until I calmed down and felt more at ease. They were so dedicated to making me feel comfortable!! She also told me that I should never feel ashamed and that I made a big step even coming in to her office. Now at every visit, she reminds me of the amazing progress I’ve made and that my teeth have gotten so much better!! Which is music to my ears being someone who has such a fear. Dr. Wen never rushes and always takes the time to chat with me (and all her patients) explaining in detail everything she’s doing and making me feel calm and at ease. She’s so talkative and I love it so much because you literally forget you’re at the doctor! She’s funny, warm, so caring, and an excellent dentist!! I cannot recommend her enough.
If you have any sort of phobias around this kind of stuff, do yourself a favor and go see her!
I always have issues with my teeth, from fillings to root canals, you name it. But I know I’m in the best hands with Dr. Wen - she’s truly like an angel on earth. She will make you feel calm and comfortable and well taken care of. You may even forget you’re at the dentist!
