She seemed genuinely concerned with my sons issues and we could not have felt more comfortable. They even had a 'child life' specialist that distracted my 4 year old while we are trying to have adult medical conversations. I was referred to her because my insurance wouldn't take who they really referred me to and I could not be happier and more comfortable. She even wants me to email her to keep up to date on my sons illnesses between appointments.
