Wonderful office that runs like clockwork! The absolute model of efficiency and professionalism!

The office staff is extremely friendly, the doctor seemed knowledgeable and nice enough, and the doctor saw me on time. Unfortunately, the doctor spent maaaybe two minutes with me even though I had several things to go over, barely speaking to me or making eye contact. When I wanted to discuss one more thing, he said I had "too much" and would have to come back for another appointment, which is both inconvenient given his location and kind of ridiculous to have to pay twice. I discovered later that one of the prescriptions was outrageously expensive, and when I called the office to get an alternate Rx I was put on hold for over fifteen minutes and transferred twice before I got through to someone, just to have them tell me to wait to be called back. I'm sure Dr. Rao is great for people who know exactly what they have and want to be in and out. But if you have questions and want someone to explain things, this is not the person for you. And don't even try calling their office.
