Great all around service. First visit took around 25 minutes. Second visit about 5 minutes. A very courteous and patient Doctor. I highly recommend.

Dr. Chan was efficient, personable and thorough.

I put that I had to wait between 30-60 minutes which I did but it was my own fault because I was really late for my appointment and so I had to wait for the clients that where there on time! This is the second time I have been to Dr. Chan and the second time he was excellent! He takes you in, checks you out and gives you a diagnosis - he is quick, efficient and to the point with an excellent bedside manner. I went in feeling anxious and came out feeling great. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Chan was very professional, patient and, perhaps most importantly, focused and knowledgeable. He was very direct and provided me with important knowledge about my condition. It was definitely time well-spent. Highly recommended.

He's good but the appointment was 10:15 and I waited until 11:00 to see him and even after i entered the waiting room, I waited another 15 minutes while they were trying to figure out the new computer system. He saw me for half an hour but most of the time was spent trying to figure out the e-prescription. I understand the need to figure out new technology just not on my time.

I made my appointment online at 4am when I realized that my ear infection was getting worse despite my general practioner's prescription. I was seen right away by Dr. Chan who was extremely pleasant and thorough. He looked beyond the ears into my sinuses and throat and deep cleaned my ears so that the new drops can take effect.

I went late but I was still seen. I was in and out really quickly and got all my prescriptions. There's no more pain!

A wonderful Dr... Dr. Chan is very polite, honest , takes his time with the patients, and explains his DX. I have worked in the medical feild around 30 yrs. I know a good Dr. when I see one.

Dr Chan explained well, did the procedure gently and painlessly, gave med samples to use. The receptionist was rude, repeating requests several times loudly, while taking on the phone in a personal call. Receptionist Made comments that made me feel that my insurance was not really what they wanted.

Professional, courteous, attentive. My wait was longer than expected but that was the only issue with Dr Chan. I doubt that he regularly keeps patients waiting as it seems there is a constant flow. Dr. Chan spent a good deal of time with me, much more than many other doctors I've been to.

The office staff was extremely kind and accomodating. I made my appointment as a new patient through ZocDoc the night before, and even though Doctor Chan had a full schedule of appointments, he fit me in for appointment that morning, and took the time to listen to my symptoms and answer all my questions.
