He was friendly yet not as attentive as I would have liked. I came in with sharp shooting ear pain and the visit was quick and office seemed clean. It was an OK visit.

Dr. Chan spent less than 5 minutes with me. He was in a rush to leave. Dr. Chan did not explain anything I asked. But his PA was kind enough to answer my questions. I know i have an infection butthey showed little or no concern at all. ESP Dr. Chan, he was in and out.

I was not happy with this visit. I found Dr. Chan to be very quick and he didn't say much or try to explain anything. I came out from the visit feeling very unsatisfied. I also found the office to beold and not so clean. I would not recommend this doctor.

I had an appointment i showed up 30 minutes early and i waited an hour over my appointment time to see the doctor this is not acceptable by any standards. After waiting over an hour and 30 minutes. He did notcheck my breathing with a stethoscope i said i thought i had wheezing and breathing issues he basically said i had a sinus infection after doing no tests and standing by the door. The entire visit with the actual doctor was no more then 1 minute he then left and saw the next patient. I was very upset over the visit and will never return. This makes me upset because my previous visits with him were great.

Dr. Chan just kept prescribing me anti-biotic without doing any test to found out if my sinusitis is caused by virus or bacterium, and which type of virus or bacterium. I was getting a bit better until the medicine stopped working.I ended up having the sinusitis for 6 months until treated by another ENT doctor. The room is not very clean by the way.

He insisted that I didn't have tissue in my ear and that it was badly infected, when I knew the tissue broke off from my past ear infection. He claimed to be a professional, but I insisted that he try toremove it. Lo and behold a big piece of tissue came out!!!

I went here based on relatively online review and the fact that it opens during weekends. However they do not honor appt schedule. Pretty much first come first serve. We arrived on time for our appt but Waited for 1.5 hoursand the dr only saw us for less than 10min, including the time with his assistant to set up next around of appt. Front desk is not friendly at all. When she asked us for pcp info and when I provided the last name she was not even willing to check any info. She was multitasking and not really listening to me when I found the info for her. She acted as if we owe her money. Definitely not with an attitude to help.
