He addresses each patient's issue with the same amount of attention and urgency. Very professional and compassionate.

The office is great. Clean, organized. The front desk staff were nice and attentive. Fast check-in process. The only downfall is the wait time between getting your eye stats checked and seeing the actual eye doctor. We waited about 40 minutes to only be seen for about 5. Other than that it was a good experience.

The wait time was absolutely horrific. I was so frustrated, irritated and annoyed beyond belief.

The office was very accomodating. Even though we arrived a half hour late for the appointment, they were still able to see my son.

Our visit with Dr. Wisnicki went really well. He is great with kids.

This was my first visit with Dr. Wisnicki and I will definitely return. He was friendly, thorough and courteous, and even joked around a little bit (I happen to believe a sense of humor in doctor's is important - it helps to alleviate any medical concern you might have). Other than the somewhat long wait before the appointment, this visit deserves an A+.

Dr. Wisnicki was fabulous. He took the time to listen to me, diagnose me and explain the timetable for recovery. Great with patients and genuinely cares. I've found my NYC eye doctor!

The experience from securing the appt on zocdoc until the end was top notch. His office is extremely high tech so the front desk is connected to the assistant who is connected to the Dr. I needed a prescription which Dr. Wisnicki was able to do right away without having to hand me a paper prescription. I love how he utilized the latest and greatest technology. He was able to tell what was wrong quickly and treated me with care. He wasn't rushing me either. It was just a great experience over all.

The best Doctor I ever seen by now!!!

I saw Dr. Wisnicki for an adult strabismus surgical consultation. Dr. Wisnicki is an excellent doctor and surgeon based on his reputation and my short visit with him. The office is brand new and huge; however I feel the practice might be too big for my liking. The optometrist(?) who I saw before seeing Dr. Wisnicki gave me a feeling that she was very rushed and pressed to see a lot of patients in a short amount of time. (There were a lot of patients in the waiting room, even though my wait wasn't long. I think there are a lot of other doctors in the practice as well.) As a result, she didn't pick up that I had a change in prescription (which I found out about when I went to another place). When I got to see Dr. Wisnicki, he was personable and I got the feeling he would be competent surgeon, but I didn't go with him at the end because the optometrist does the basic eye exam, including the eye measurements for surgery, and I didn't really trust her. I'm pretty sure Dr. Wisnicki would re-confirm the measurements himself if I agreed to do the surgery though.

I took my son to see him, and Dr. Wisnicki was excellent with him. He made my little one feel at ease. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to see a pediatric ophthalmologist.

He's 5 stars. There was a long wait time. But he did apologize, and I don't think waiting so long is the norm for him.

The first question Dr. Wisnicki asked was if I was a new patient, and when I said "yes" he welcomed me and made me feel at home right away. My regret is that I'll only see him once a year, but it feels good to know that my diabetes has not gravely affected my eyesight and I do not require surgery for my cataract.

I felt that my meeting and examination initially with the optometrist (which took about 30 minutes and I believe was with Dr. Bellante) was, by far, much more thorough than my examination by Dr. Wisnicki. The office is very comfortable, inviting and the waiting time was under 10 minutes. Although I feel I received a thorough examination by the optometrist, I wish I could say the same for Dr. Wisnicki. The total time I spent with Dr. Wisnicki was under 5 minutes. This frustrates me as my appointment was with him and not anyone else. Although I am extremely pleased with my exam from the optometrist, I was seeking Dr. Wisnicki's expertise and experience.

Doc is OK but very impersonal...Waited for OVER an hour to spend 5 minutes with the doctor..

I go to see Dr. W every year to check up on my peepers. I trust him to monitor my eyesight.

Dr. Wisnicki is always thorough, charming, and funny.

He had my records from previous visits on computer so he was able to see my patient history, which is always a plus. He was thorough and open to questions. I did not feel rushed. I was also impressed with all of the state of the art equipment, which made the examination go quickly.

Dr. Wisnicki was curt and a poor listener. I left his exam room feeling that I gained nothing from my visit. Dr. Suzanne Bellante on the other hand was excellent. She was knowledgeable and kind and I will be returning as her patient.

Dr. Wisnicki is in a new office, which is much quieter and less busy than the last. I was taken on time and seen by another doctor first, but then had to wait about a half hour. Not so great. Dr. Wisnicki is very straightforward but very pleasant. I have no complaints about the care he has provided.
