I had my appointment set at 1:30 pm. I got there a little earlier. The staff accommodated me right away and was seen in less than 30 minutes by Dr. Kletsman. He was nice and very pleasant, doesn't seem to be in a hurry. He was very reassuring and asked me if I have any questions. Highly recommended and would make him my PCP.

Doctor Kletsman was very kind, fast, and thorough. He communicated well, was reassuring where it was appropriate, and is young and well-acquainted with the office's technology -- he completed all medical history on a small laptop set up right in front of me.

I've only seen Dr. Kletsman once, and the visit was short. But I was pleased with him, and with his aides. I found him bright and articulate. He listened well to my telling of symptoms. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. In drawing blood, his aide found a vein on the first try. Based on this visit, I plan to make him my usual GP.
