I needed and allergist to cure and ideally to identify the origin of my skin reaction (hives). Dr. Lighvani was very knowledgeable and evaluated all the possibilities. The treatment worked and in a few weeks I am getting other tests done to find out more about the cause. Other allergiest in the past didn't show interest about finding out the origin of my allergies that are not easy to identify. Everyone else in the office were efficient and pleasant both by phone previous to my appointment and personally. Dr. Lighvani's personal assistant was very profesional and pleasant. I felt attended all the time and very comfortable. Highly recommended

Very pleasant demeanor very informative

Dr. Lighvani, Patti, and the women at the front desk have patiently dealt with my craziness for the past year. As a recipient of allergy shots I can honestly say my allergies have severely decreased and my seasonal colds are no longer full body but only are head or light snuffly colds. As long as you keep up with the shots and follow directions you will see changes in 1-2 months.

Office staff very courteous, highly efficient. I arrived 30 minutes early and was seen 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. That is a first. The physician assistant was personable and knowledgeable, with a sense of humor. It was very apparent that Dr. Linghvani knows his stuff. He made efficient use of the time, ran diagnostics and made treatment decisions with a consideration of insurance economics that was unexpected, atypical of previous experiences and most welcome. I highly recommend Dr. Lingvhani.

This was the best doctor experience I've had in the city. Extremely professional, very well organized and friendly. I really felt confortable and would highly recomend.

My overall experience with Dr. Lighvani was pretty good. I've had some bad experiences with doctors and so relatively speaking my appointment with him was at the higher end of the spectrum. There were a few things that stood out (both positive and negative): Negative: - His office called me four times the day before my appointment to confirm. The first call was at 7:15am, then 7:30am, then 9:00am, etc. I know it's their job to confirm, but the early, continuous calling was just unnecessary. - The doctor was quick to push immuno therapy on me (weekly shots over the course of several years to "cure" my allergies). I still need to do some research on this to see if it's legit. Positive: - When he took my blood pressure and it was high, he immediately called my internist to inform her and discuss any next steps. I was impressed with how thorough he was in this regard. - He told me his billing dept. would call to discuss whether or not my insurance would cover the allergy shots, and they actually called the very next day when he said they would.
