“My left ear was hurting a lot last night, so I signed up for a morning appointment on ZocDoc to check for an infection. The appointment hadn't been confirmed since it was last-minute (ie. my mistake, not the office's), but the assistant was very polite, and the physician still came out. He kindly advised me to contact my PCP. I was able to get it handled, and look forward to meeting him about allergies.”
