Can every healthcare provider join Zocdoc?

All appropriately licensed healthcare professionals are eligible to join Zocdoc. During onboarding and periodically thereafter, the Zocdoc team checks publicly-available databases to confirm that each provider holds an unrestricted license in their field (as applicable), and is otherwise qualified to practice in his or her specialty and jurisdiction. Providers may remain on the Zocdoc platform for as long as they meet this minimum standard and otherwise comply with their User Agreement with Zocdoc, including by upholding our Community Standards. Other than these limited qualifications, Zocdoc does not make any representation regarding the quality of care provided by the healthcare professionals on our site.
