Will Zocdoc charge me to book or cancel?
No. Zocdoc does not charge patients to book, cancel, or reschedule appointments. It is against Zocdoc’s policy for providers to pass Zocdoc booking fees to patients.
What if I was billed out-of-network after booking in-network?
If you receive an out-of-network bill after booking in-network on Zocdoc, contact Zocdoc support. When appropriate, Zocdoc’s Trust & Safety team will advocate on your behalf to have your bill adjusted.
