How to link your Google account
Log into your Zocdoc account
Navigate to Settings > Google Business Profile.
Click Link account
Sign in with the Google account that manages your Google Business Profiles
Check the box under "Select what Zocdoc can access"
Review and accept the requested permissions.This authorizes Zocdoc to create, claim, and verify Google Business Profiles for the provider and practice locations in your account.
Is it Secure? Yes. You can revoke access anytime and Zocdoc will never create or change listings without your explicit approval.

What if I don’t know which Google account manages my profile?
Try logging into Google Business Profile Manager using any business-related email you have. If you’re still unsure, your office manager or marketing team may be able to help.
Can I link multiple Google accounts?
Not at this time. We recommend using a single account that manages all your locations (especially for multi-location practices).
What happens if I don’t complete the linking step?
Linking your Google account allows Zocdoc to help you create, claim and verify your Google Business Profiles for the provider and practice locations in your account. It also allows Zocdoc to surface more detailed statuses of your Google Business Profiles, such as if they are unverified or if there is an error associated with the profile.
Is this service free?
Yes! There’s no charge for Zocdoc to create, claim or verify Google Business Profiles on your behalf or for any bookings made via your Google Business Profile.
Will this affect my existing reviews or Google listing?
No. By linking your Google account, we do not change existing details of your Google account. Linking does allow us to make future changes to create, claim or adjust the verification state of your Google Business Profile.
What if I don’t want to give Zocdoc access to my Google account?
You’re in control. We won’t take any action without your authorization, and you can revoke access at any time. You can create or claim your Google Business Profiles through Google (Here). Zocdoc will still attempt to match your Google Business Profile to your Zocdoc profile, so you can receive online bookings from Google.
Can I track the connection status of each provider or practice location?
Yes! The Google Business Profile tab in your Zocdoc settings shows near daily updated statuses and any actions required from you.
